Mark Weaver
Mark B. Weaver was born and raised in Henderson, Kentucky, where he built his career and invested in the community he loves. A graduate of the University of Kentucky School of Pharmacy and the College of Financial Planning in Denver, he served 35 years as a Certified Financial Planner and partner in Weaver, Dalton & Associates, leading four offices across Kentucky and Indiana.
Mark has led and served in multiple nonprofit organizations, including five presidencies, where he saw a recurring challenge: nonprofits with passion and purpose often lack the capacity to deliver at their highest potential, while many donors have the ability to give but lack clarity on how to make the greatest impact. His mission is to bridge that gap—helping nonprofits grow their capacity and guiding donors to give with purpose.
Today, as President of Transformational Generosity, Mark helps families preserve generational wealth by passing their values before their valuables. He also serves on the boards of the Welborn Foundation and HMPL, and works as a Planned Giving Consultant with Jamie Levy & Associates.
Mark has two sons: Jesse, who lives in Tennessee with daughters Savannah Ray and Scarlet Rose; and Warren, who lives in Austin, Texas, with his wife, Emily Chaney—both architects designing spaces that inspire.
