Mark Weaver

President

Mark was born and raised in Henderson. He started his financial planning business here as he wanted to have a business that would allow him to serve and live in his community.

Mark has worked in several non-profits and served as president in three locally. One of the constant issues he noticed was a lack of funding and awareness. He has noticed professionally that many have the ability to give, yet lack direction in how and where to give. It is Mark’s desire is to raise awareness among those able to better serve others in our community.

Mark worked as a Certified Financial Planner for 35 years as a partner in Weaver, Dalton, and Associates with offices in Henderson and Marion, Kentucky, as well as Haubstadt, Indiana. Currently, Mark is President of Transformational Generosity, specializing in helping families preserve generational wealth by passing their values before their valuables. Mark is a graduate of the University of Kentucky School of Pharmacy and the College of Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado. He has a Certified Financial Planning designation.

Mark has served the Harbor House Men’s Shelter as past president, Marsha’s Place as past president, as past board member of the Henderson Community College Foundation Board, One Life Network president, Lindsey Wilson College executive board and the Henderson Community Foundation Board.

Mark is married to Cindy Lou Weaver and they are members of One Life. They have two adult sons, Jesse and Warren. Jesse and his wife, Jolene, live in Texas with their two daughters, Savannah Ray and Scarlet Rose. Warren currently works as an architect in Austin.
